Raudhah Capital Group

What we do

Raudhah Capital Group runs the back office for Klinik Perubatan Raudhah and Farmasi Mamad, so doctors and pharmacists can focus on patients. These are the six areas we handle.

01 — HR & payroll

People, paid correctly and on time

Every staff member clocks in and applies for leave through ChronosHQ, our HR system, which also prepares the monthly payroll.

  • Clock-in from each staff member’s own phone, checked against the clinic’s Wi-Fi or GPS.
  • Leave and timeslips approved by each branch supervisor, and the monthly shift schedule for every branch.
  • Monthly payroll for more than one company, including overtime and allowances.
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB (CP39) submission files, the bank payment file and Form EA.
  • HR records: contracts, documents and each staff member’s history.

02 — Procurement & pharmacy

Medicines in stock, used before they expire

Medicines and consumables for every branch are bought and tracked centrally.

  • Raudhah Rx: one stock ledger for the central store, the clinics and the pharmacy, by batch and expiry date, so stock that expires first goes out first.
  • Delivery orders from the central store to each branch, confirmed by the branch when the goods arrive.
  • Rxpress: an online portal where clinics order from Farmasi Mamad and receive a delivery order and invoice.
  • PillPoint: the point-of-sale system at Farmasi Mamad, with shifts, loyalty points and cash and bank-in records.

03 — Accounts & finance

Clear books, every month

We keep the accounts for every outlet and turn them into a monthly picture of how each one is doing.

  • Bookkeeping: invoices, payments and receipts for every outlet.
  • Supplier payments, and panel and insurance (TPA) claims collected.
  • Monthly management reports: profit and loss per outlet, cash flow, intercompany balances and early warnings.
  • Tax and audit: documents prepared and handled with auditors, tax agents and LHDN.

04 — Licensing & compliance

Licences on time

Clinic licences, doctors’ annual practising certificates (APC) and Ministry of Health documents are tracked and renewed before they lapse.

05 — Marketing & data

Know what brings patients in

Every morning, one dashboard shows how each branch is doing, online and in the clinic.

  • DataSphere: website visits, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Facebook posts, side by side with new and returning patients from the clinic system, refreshed daily.
  • raudhahclinic.com: the Klinik Perubatan Raudhah website, with a page for each branch and the doctors’ schedules.

06 — Patient communication

One inbox for every branch

Omniflux brings the WhatsApp conversations of every branch we manage into one shared inbox, on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, while staff can still use WhatsApp on their phones.
